Payments can be made for rent, damages/fees or security deposits as follows:
Tenant Portal Online
Paying online is fast and secure and your payment is recognized as received as soon as you submit the payment. This is the recommended way to pay any amount that is due.
To get started, login to the Tenant Portal using your username (email address) and password. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot your password” link on the Tenant Portal login page. You will get an email with a URL to reset the password. Co-signers, family members or friends do not have access to the Tenant Portal. Anyone other than the lease holder who wants to pay online should speak with the lease holder to make an online payment.
When making an online payment, please make sure you use the address tied to the payment account, especially if this is different than the address of your rental. This will help to ensure the payment is not rejected by your banking institution and subsequent additional fees for returned payments and late fees.
The following payment methods are available within the Tenant Portal.
Payments can be made using your checking or savings account. There is a $0.50 processing fee for payments made using this payment method. You will need to know your ABA routing number and your account number. If you don’t know this information, please contact your bank.
Payments can be made using your Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card. There is a $47.00 processing fee charged by the payment processor for payments made using this payment method.
Payments can be made at several local merchants. The merchant will charge $3.75 to take this payment. A payment voucher from the Tenant Portal will need to be downloaded and brought to the merchant so they have the correct information to process the payment. You can lookup local payment centers using the online directory for at http://www2.datatel-systems.com/ext/client%20forms/CheckFreePayZIP.aspx.
Zelle is a free service to securely transfer money to other Zelle customers, even if they bank with another institution. This is offered through your banks online banking platform. To find out if you bank participates in Zelle, please check https://www.zellepay.com/get-started. Your payment is fast, secure and comes with a tracking number as proof of payment. Tenant Portal balances are updated within 1 business day once a payment is received. To use this method, please contact your property manager to get the information required to complete your transaction.
Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to College Pointe Properties. Do not send cash.
