FAQ

Q: I signed a lease and would like access to the Tenant Portal. How do I get this access?
A:
You can access the Tenant Portal by going to http://collegepointeproperties.com and clicking “Tenant Portal” on the left hand side of the page. You should have already received an email with a link to create your password. Your username is your email address. If you have already created your password, but forgot it, please use the “Forgot your password?” link on the Tenant Portal login page. If you are having trouble, please Contact Us.

Q: I co-signed a lease and would like access to the Tenant Portal. How do I get this access?
A: We provide a login to the Tenant Portal to our Tenants only. We encourage you to work with the Tenant for any information you might need from the Tenant Portal. We will not be able to respond to requests for a Tenant Portal login from anyone other than the tenant.

Q: How do I sign/co-sign my lease?
A: We use DocuSign, an industry leading electronic signature platform, to sign all of our leases. Using this platform keeps thousands of pages of paper, envelopes and staples out of our landfills each year. Not only is it green, it’s also saves time and is a very convenient way to get our leases to our tenants and co-signers. A quick video on how to use DocuSign can be found here: https://www.docusign.com/products/electronic-signature/how-docusign-works

Q: What options do I have to pay my rent, damages or other fees?
A: Please see our Payments page for more information about accepted payment methods. We recommend that you pay online through the Tenant Portal. We don’t have control over the mail or mail delivery times so please plan accordingly and monitor your account to ensure the payment has been received if you send a check or money order by mail.

Q: How do I get something fixed in my building or room?
A: You should log a maintenance request by logging into the Tenant Portal and clicking on the “Maintenance” tab at the top. You can refer to the Quick Reference Guide for additional information and guidance on using this feature.

Q: I’ve never lived in the chapter house before. What should I pack?
A: Each chapter house will provide different services and amenities to their members living in the facility. The frequency that you will do laundry, your personal space in your assigned room, the weather, frequency traveling back home, etc. will play a role in what you bring.

Some common items can be found in just about any store in the fall and is similar to what you would bring when moving into the residence halls/dorms. We’ve put together a list in an editable Word document so you can add/remove items so you don’t forget anything. Share back anything we may have left off so we can update the master list!
